holistic approach and tailored training solutions

Feel like you're doing your best, but something still isn't quite right with your dog’s behaviour?

You're not alone – and you're in the right place.

Whether you're facing daily tug-of-wars on walks, worried about your dog’s aggression or struggling with separation anxiety, we’re here to help you find calm, confidence and clarity.

With a holistic approach, in-depth behavioural diagnosis, and a step-by-step improvement plan, you’ll finally understand why your dog is acting out – and what to do about it.

We can also provide tailored 1-to-1 training sessions to support you through the process.

Does This Sound Familiar?

These are just some of the challenges we help dog owners overcome every day:

  • Separation Anxiety – Your dog can’t cope when left alone, showing signs of distress or destruction.
  • Pulling on the Lead – Walks become a battle as your dog constantly drags ahead.
  • Aggression – Towards people or other dogs, often rooted in fear or insecurity.
  • Excessive Barking – Especially when bored, anxious or craving attention.
  • Destructive Behaviour – Chewed furniture, torn belongings, and general chaos.
  • Shelter Dog Struggles – Difficulty settling into a new home, often linked to trauma.
  • Resource Guarding – Growling or snapping when approached near food or toys.
  • Poor Socialisation – Fear or tension in new environments, around strangers or other animals.
  • Excessively Shy or Fearful – Freezing, hiding or overreacting to small triggers.

Life with a Dog in London Can Be Challenging

City life brings stimulation, stress, and unpredictability.

From busy pavements and noisy parks to crowded lifts and unfamiliar visitors – your dog is constantly trying to navigate a world that wasn’t made for them.

We help you understand their world, so they can better cope with yours.

Why Book a Behaviour Assessment?

Dog behaviour rarely gets better on its own.

Left unchecked, even small issues can escalate – putting strain on your household and increasing the risk of accidents or injuries.

Whether your dog growls when approached or panics when alone, the underlying causes need to be identified before they become unmanageable.

What to Expect – Your Dog’s Journey

FAQs

We use balanced reinforcement training methods grounded in scientifically validated principles, employing clear communication, structured guidance, and appropriate motivational techniques tailored to each dog's individual temperament and needs. Our holistic approach means we address behavioural challenges by looking at the dog as a whole—considering mental, physical, and emotional factors—to effectively build confidence, establish boundaries, and enhance the overall well-being of every dog we train.

Absolutely! All dogs benefit from training, as it provides mental stimulation and an outlet for excess energy. Most behavioural problems stem from a lack of exercise – both physical and mental. Through clear communication and structured training, your dog’s behaviour will improve, leading to more freedom and a better quality of life.

Your dog will stay in the home of the head trainer, allowing for real-life scenarios and smoother reintegration into your household. For safety and comfort, your dog will have access to a crate at night and when unsupervised.

Yes! Dogs love engaging their brains and learning new skills. Training sessions are designed to be fun and stimulating. There will also be plenty of chances to socialise with trainers and other dogs (where appropriate), offering a well-rounded experience.

The minimum boarding age is 5 months. This ensures your dog is mature enough to adapt to a new environment and follow basic instructions.

Insurance reimbursement is available when you have a policy that covers dog behavior consultations. You should contact your insurance provider to confirm if behavioral consultations are included, as some policies may exclude them or require a veterinarian’s referral. Many insurance policies do cover behavior consultations, but this can vary by provider.
